Privacy policy

AskNeyora is operated by an independent individual. For privacy questions and data requests, use privacy@askneyora.com. No separate data-protection officer has been appointed for this small service.

We process account identifiers, Google or email sign-in data, birth date, birth time and place, chart profiles, questions, readings, feedback, shared-reading choices, Starlight balances and ledger events, checkout and payment status, and technical security logs. We do not store full payment-card numbers.

We use this information to authenticate you, calculate charts, provide AI readings, preserve your history, deliver Starlight, prevent abuse, reconcile payment events, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Hosting, database, Google authentication, astrology calculation, AI model, email, and monitoring providers may process the minimum information needed to provide the service. We use Google Analytics to measure traffic and conversions and Microsoft Clarity to diagnose page interactions. We do not intentionally send names, birth details, questions, or reading content in analytics event properties. Waffo Pancake processes payment-card data for purchases; card data is not stored on our servers. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.

We use HTTPS/TLS in transit, hashed or encrypted credentials where applicable, access controls, and least-privilege service access. No online service can promise absolute security. If a security incident materially affects your rights, we will provide notices required by applicable law.

Account and profile content is kept while the account is active and normally deleted within 30 days after an account-deletion request. Payment and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years when needed for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Security logs are normally retained for up to 12 months, and support records for up to 24 months. Limited encrypted backups may persist for up to 90 days.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Settings provides available export and deletion controls; otherwise email privacy@askneyora.com. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days after verifying the request.

AskNeyora is for people at least 18 years old. Do not submit another person’s birth or private information without an appropriate basis and their consent. If you believe a person under 18 has provided information, contact privacy@askneyora.com.

We may update this policy when the service or law changes. For material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice through the service or the account email when reasonably practicable. Privacy, account-data, and deletion questions belong at privacy@askneyora.com.
