You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. Keep your account secure, provide accurate information, and notify us if you believe the account has been compromised.

AskNeyora provides AI-assisted astrology for entertainment, education, and personal reflection. Astrology and AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent. The service is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice, and it does not guarantee predictions, compatibility, safety, or outcomes.

The merchant offers one-time digital reading products and recurring Starlight subscription products through Waffo Pancake. A subscription renews for the displayed period until cancelled. Starlight is an in-service usage unit with no cash value or transfer right; balances are delivered to the account identified at checkout.

Waffo Pancake is the payment processor for checkout and handles payment-card data. Cancel a subscription using the cancellation control provided with the Waffo Pancake purchase or contact privacy@askneyora.com from the purchasing account. If a charge is duplicated, unauthorized, or the service is not delivered, contact us before opening a card dispute so we can investigate and process any refund required by applicable law.

Do not harm, threaten, exploit, impersonate, scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass usage limits, upload unlawful content, or use another person’s private details without an appropriate basis and consent.

You retain rights you have in the questions and profile information you submit. You give AskNeyora a limited, non-exclusive permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. Third-party AI providers may process prompts to return a reading; we do not promise that AI output is accurate or suitable for a particular decision.

The service and AI output are provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, accuracy, prediction, compatibility, or a particular outcome. Features may change, and access may be suspended for abuse, security, or legal reasons.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from reliance on a reading. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

You may stop using AskNeyora and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, security, or legal reasons. Questions about these terms, billing, cancellation, or disputes should first be sent to privacy@askneyora.com so the individual operator has a reasonable opportunity to respond.
